Peachy Desires – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully so you know your options.


Returning Unwanted Items

  • If you simply don’t want your purchase, items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including shrink wrap and security seals).

  • Lingerie and clothing must be unworn and in original packaging.

  • A 25% restocking and admin fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling costs.

  • Please email us first at admin@peachydesires.co.uk before sending any returns. We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

  • Include a completed returns form with your parcel (provided when you email).


Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.

  • If your item is faulty within the first 30 days, you can return it using our Freepost return service. Please email us to request the Freepost address.

  • Once inspected:

    • If confirmed faulty, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

    • If the item is not faulty, a postage charge of £3.50 + VAT will apply.

  • Replacement faulty items are sent free of charge within the first month.

⚠️ Please ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned before returning. For hygiene reasons, any unclean items will be refused and returned to you at your cost.


Warranty

  • All products come with a 1-year warranty.

  • If a fault develops within the first 3 months, you may choose a refund or replacement.

  • After 3 months, we will provide a replacement only.


Important Notes

  • Items returned outside our returns policy will be held for 30 days. If we do not hear from you within that time, they will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.

  • If an incorrect item has been sent, please do not open the packaging. Contact us for instructions on returning or exchanging.

  • If you request an item to be returned to you that was found not faulty, postage charges will apply.
